Description
We are seeking an organized, responsible individual willing to support daily office activities, contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative processes.
Main responsibilities
Answering and receiving telephone calls, emails, and visitors.
Receiving, reviewing, and organizing documents and correspondence.
Entering, updating, and archiving information in databases and internal systems.
Preparing and drafting official letters, reports, notes, and simple administrative documents.
Assisting with scheduling agendas, meetings, and appointments.
Managing and safeguarding stationery, office supplies, and materials.
Providing general administrative and logistical support as needed.
Basic requirements
**Education:** Completed junior high school or incomplete/completed high school.
**Age:** Over 18 years old.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite, email, file management).
Good spelling, writing skills, and communication ability.
Ability to organize information and maintain order.
Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality.
Flexible availability of working hours.
Prior experience is not mandatory (valued if present; training provided).
