We are looking for: ***PAYABLES ANALYST*** **What do you need?** * Degree and professional license in accounting or finance * Experience in hospitals ***Responsibilities*** * Notify suppliers and creditors of their balances via phone or email their account statements upon request. * Enter all payments (bank transfers) into the bank portal. * Document executed payments (SPEI or transfers), considering funds allocated weekly for this purpose. * Submit collections reports classified as AP to the Administrative Manager, General Director, and AP Department. * Consolidate all electronic documents into folders by supplier and creditor. * Prepare DIOT information. * Reconcile supplier and creditor accounts and record corresponding adjustments. **What do we offer?** * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Uniforms Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $15,001\.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
