Senior Project Coordinator Mexico City – On-site NUDO TALLER $25,000 – $30,000 MXN monthly, net Monday to Thursday 9:00 \- 18:00 and Friday 9:00 \- 14:00 About the Role We seek a candidate capable of leading furniture projects end-to-end, with technical judgment and decision-making ability. This role is critical for translating design into production, ensuring feasibility, cost control, and correct workshop execution. Responsibilities * Lead projects from site survey through delivery * Develop and analyze budgets (using Neodata) * Generate and interpret technical drawings * Develop technical project specifications for manufacturing (materials, processes, and specifications) * Coordinate with workshop, suppliers, and clients * Define manufacturing standards * Supervise quality and delivery timelines * Identify and correct technical and management errors * Optimize processes and costs Profile * Degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field * \+5 years of experience in furniture, carpentry, or construction projects * Solid experience in budgeting and cost analysis * Technical proficiency in materials, hardware, and manufacturing processes * Ability to independently resolve projects * High level of organization and follow-up * Operational decision-making capability Tools * Neodata (mandatory) * Advanced 3D CAD software (Rhino, SketchUp and/or AutoCAD) * Generation of technical manufacturing drawings We seek someone who: * Can transform ideas into buildable projects * Anticipates problems before they occur * Exercises technical judgment, rather than merely following instructions * Understands the pace and demands of a real workshop What We Offer * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * High-design projects * Full involvement in the manufacturing process * Growth opportunities within the workshop Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
