We are looking for:**\*CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST \*** **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary with biweekly payments * Statutory benefits from day one * Uniforms * Paid trainings * Additional brand benefits * Career development and growth plans * Direct employment with the company **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development of **operational manuals**. * Documentation of **policies and procedures**. * **Process mapping** (flowcharts, AS\-IS/TO\-BE) * Identification of improvement opportunities. * Standardization of processes across various departments. * Information gathering from internal teams. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- 1 to 3 years of experience \- Knowledge of process documentation, quality, or continuous improvement. \- Proficiency in flowcharting tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) \- Familiarity with policy manuals \- Availability to work rotating shifts \- Knowledge of ISO 9001\.
