Opportunity to lead the mixology bar At Grupo La Corriente, we are looking for your talent to join our La Corriente bar—Pacific Coast Kitchen located in La Roma! Job Objective: Plan and oversee mixology bar operations to ensure proper preparation and portioning of each beverage, meeting brand standards. Responsibilities: * Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards for the assigned area. * Verify quality of received supplies. * Supervise personnel under direct responsibility (bartenders, bar assistants). * Prepare beverages according to brand standards.
