**Clinical Supervisor** Position Objective: Ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards in patient care provided by students, as well as optimize available resources to deliver an excellent service. **Responsibilities:** * + Supervise and coordinate the work team, assistants, receptionists, and other clinic staff. + Foster a collaborative work environment. + Evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback. + Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with sanitary and hygiene regulations within the clinic. + Manage patient complaints and suggestions, resolving any conflicts or service issues. + Ensure the proper condition of clinic equipment and machinery, managing preventive and corrective maintenance as needed. + Attend to patients in special situations or requiring personalized attention, such as emergency cases in coordination with medical services. + Collaborate with clinic management in developing improvement plans and creating new service strategies. **Requirements:** Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, preferably graduated. Experience: Minimum of one year.
