Requirements: Service-oriented vocation Responsibility Punctuality Teamwork RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish, implement, maintain, and update the processes and procedures required for the Quality Management System. * Support information that constitutes the QMS. * Promote continuous improvement in all organizational processes * Implement corrective actions * Communicate improvement needs across the entire organization * Ensure result conformity * Implement monitoring and analysis processes regarding result conformity. * Report to management on the performance of the quality management system * Monitor quality and process indicators * Review management indicators to ensure achievement of company objectives * Monitor internal audit programs, plans, execution, and reporting * Manage external audits (certification or accreditation bodies) * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards * Ensure awareness of user and stakeholder requirements and needs * Monitor complaints, suggestions, and nonconformities * Ensure compliance with the quality policy * Notify laboratory management of the level at which decisions regarding laboratory policy, objectives, and resources—based on quality management system performance and any improvement needs—are made We Offer: Competitive salary Statutory benefits Additional benefits Positive work environment Job stability Continuous training Professional growth If you are interested (@), please submit your CV through this channel and we will contact you shortly.
