Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world!**Employee Type** Confidence-based**Position Objective** Supervise that production, storage, and distribution processes are executed in accordance with applicable quality standards and regulations, ensuring operational continuity at the compounding center.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Verify that storage, preparation, and delivery processes for compounded preparations comply with current regulations and established timelines. * Identify and report deviations in processes and/or abnormal situations that may jeopardize operational continuity. * Perform activities related to personnel management. * Carry out dispensing of medications and materials according to established procedures to support inventory control. * Verify and validate production orders timely and accurately. Experience * 1 year in the pharmaceutical industry * 1 year in manufacturing, storage, or distribution (supply chain) Knowledge * Pharmaceutical regulations and/or compounding centers (NOM 059, NOM 249, ISO 9000, etc.) * Quality management systems.
