An interior decoration company is seeking a Production Coordinator. **Job Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of Deco Galería’s production processes, guaranteeing on-time delivery, quality standards, efficient resource utilization, and accurate communication among involved departments. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** · Plan and coordinate production orders according to customer requests, priorities, and delivery deadlines. · Supervise production areas (carpentry, printing, finishing, assembly, etc.) to ensure continuous workflow. · Conduct daily follow-up on production progress and report deviations in timelines or quality. · Coordinate operational staff, assign workloads, and resolve incidents. · Ensure compliance with quality standards, minimal rework, and proper final product presentation. · Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics departments to meet delivery deadlines. · Monitor material usage, waste, and consumption, reporting replenishment needs. · Implement process improvements to optimize time, cost, and efficiency. · Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the production area. · Support training and development of operational staff. **Key Competencies** · Results orientation · Teamwork · Decision-making · Sense of urgency · Attention to detail · Working Conditions · 100% operational work. · Schedules aligned with operational requirements and production workload.
