Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Coordinator with experience in plastic extrusion and thermoforming to ensure plant operational continuity through strategic maintenance management. Participates in continuous improvement projects such as TPM and SMED. At Embalajes Duna, we seek an **Industrial Maintenance Coordinator** with experience in extrusion and plastic thermoforming processes, focused on ensuring plant operational continuity through strategic management of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Supervise and ensure proper execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for machinery, equipment, and infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with plant safety, quality, and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate activities of technical maintenance personnel. * Execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Ensure continuous operation of extrusion and thermoforming machinery. * Track work orders and spare parts inventory. * Coordinate electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic maintenance. * Participate in continuous improvement projects such as TPM and SMED. * Monitor incidents and operational needs within the area. * Support internal and external BRCGS audits. * Supervise compliance with industrial safety, 5S, and PPE usage. * Track key maintenance department performance indicators. Technical Knowledge * Preventive and corrective industrial maintenance. * Basic/intermediate PLC knowledge. * Interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams. * TPM and continuous improvement. * Basic ERP maintenance system proficiency. * Knowledge of compressors, chillers, and peripheral equipment. * Good Manufacturing Practices and BRCGS knowledge preferred. **Requirements:** * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum **3\*** years in a similar role\*, in industrial maintenance *(preferably with knowledge of Thermoforming and Plastic Sheet Extrusion machinery).* * *Experience leading work teams* * **Skills:** Operational leadership, organization, teamwork, problem solving, sense of urgency, effective communication, results orientation **We Offer:** * Weekly salary of **$4,500 net** * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium, Sunday premium) * Life insurance * Marriage financial support * Bereavement financial support * Additional days off beyond statutory requirements * Grocery vouchers (starting from plant employment contract) * Productivity bonus (starting from plant employment contract) Work location: San Cayetano Industrial Park; reference point is Kellogg's company, Monday to Friday.
