Job Summary: We are seeking an Auditor to supervise and optimize internal control processes and financial analysis, ensuring inventory integrity and risk prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Your role will be critical in supervising and optimizing our internal control and financial analysis processes. You will work on-site at our headquarters. **Responsibilities:** * Manage internal audits of processes and financial controls. * Analyze financial reports and detect discrepancies. * Coordinate with various departments to resolve inconsistencies. * Propose improvements in control and efficiency processes. * Organize and audit the General Inventories of branches and the central warehouse. * Audit merchandise movements between warehouses and stores, including returns and cancellations. * Identify risks of inventory leakage, cash handling errors, duplicate bank and/or treasury payments, recurring errors at branches, or improper use of material and/or financial resources. * Conduct random inventories at stores and the central warehouse. * Perform sporadic cash counts at branches—two or three times per week per store. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in internal auditing; experience in retail companies is preferred. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. * Ability to analyze data and generate accurate reports. * Strong communication and effective collaboration skills. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (LAE), Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related field. **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * You will have opportunities for professional development. * A work culture that values integrity and commitment. * Monthly salary: $25,000 net (negotiable based on experience) Join our team and contribute to the success of **DISTRIBUIDORA LOS GALLOS** with your experience and skills.
