Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to supervise and optimize inventory, receiving, picking, and shipping operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards. Personnel management and team development Warehouse Manager Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Logistics and Transportation Engineering. Problem analysis and resolution techniques. Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting. Discrepancy analysis. Intermediate Excel (databases, pivot tables, functions, formulas). Experience with an ERP system for warehouse control. Personnel management, conflict resolution, and leadership. Ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency. Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse and inventory operations (receiving, picking, packing, and shipping). **Functions and Responsibilities** 1. Verify the quantity of goods received against the purchase order and invoice, accepting only those that meet requirements. 2. Receive goods from suppliers. 3. Ensure 100% fulfillment of physically available goods by coordinating the arrival of out-of-stock and new products to avoid impacting production. 4. Guarantee daily warehouse inventory accuracy and promptly resolve discrepancies. 5. Supervise shipping and ensure correct delivery of goods to customers. 6. Define and maintain an efficient warehouse layout and optimal arrangement, establishing material flow and circulation channels. 7. Control shrinkage and write-offs. 8. Evaluate and optimize loading, unloading, and blending preparation times. 9. Ensure all plant operations comply with quality and safety standards to prevent risks to personnel and assets. 10. Identify required competencies for staff and coordinate with management to ensure the team possesses them; conduct periodic performance evaluations and implement improvement actions.
