This job is for you—we are seeking your talent as a: **TEMPORARY TECHNOLOGY PROMOTER SUPERVISOR** **You only need:** * 1–2 years of experience as a technology promoter supervisor (mandatory) * Valid, up-to-date Tax Status Certificate under the “Salaries and Wages” tax regime **Duties and Responsibilities** * Assign activities by retail chain to the promotion and merchandising team. * Analyze indicators and propose actions to improve results. * Analyze routes according to commercial priorities. * Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities (Store Managers, Store Directors). * Plan, control, and manage POP implementation. * Review productivity based on planned versus completed visits. * Ensure the team complies with service quality standards, training, and advisory protocols per our established criteria. * Follow up on incidents and resolve issues arising on the sales floor involving promoters, merchandisers, etc. * Supervise proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. * Monitor material inventories and coordinate restocking requests. * Manage permits, documentation, and access required for field activities. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations. * Provide ongoing training to field staff on sales techniques, products, and technical procedures. * Evaluate performance and deliver effective feedback. * Promote a safe, productive, and results-oriented work environment. * Plan schedules, routes, shifts, and staff distribution. **Compensation Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $11,500.00 * Monthly transportation allowance: $2,000.00 * Monthly performance incentive: $8,500.00 * Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM We are an organization committed to the Equal Employment Opportunity Act.
