Supervise production lines and monitor key performance indicators. **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise productive operations to ensure adherence to the production schedule, quality standards, and timely customer deliveries. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and track the daily production schedule, ensuring correct communication of priorities to Production, Maintenance, and Quality departments. * Coordinate with Sales and Purchasing to guarantee material availability and on-time deliveries. * Organize and assign work based on installed capacity, workforce, and raw materials. * Report daily to General Management on results, progress, and deviations from the plan. * Collaborate with Administrative Management to establish operational priorities. * Supervise production lines to ensure compliance with established schedules. * Monitor productivity and quality KPIs, ensuring target achievement. * Implement and maintain quality standards across all process stages. * Coordinate corrective actions in response to non-conformities. * Promote continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction. * Participate in staff selection, training, and evaluation. * Foster teamwork and address labor-related matters within the department. Requirements * Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field. * \+35 years old. * Mandatory experience in the textile industry. * 3 to 5 years in a similar position. * Experience in production planning and KPI management. * Knowledge of quality management and continuous improvement. * Experience in personnel management. * Flexible working hours.
