A challenging and highly dynamic commercial environment. **Pricing Manager (CDMX)** -------------------------- **Role Description:** We are seeking a **Pricing Manager** with solid experience in logistics and procurement, capable of prospecting services, analyzing costs, and coordinating strategic projects. The role will be responsible for supervising a team of analysts, managing suppliers, and ensuring that pricing proposals are delivered on time to the network and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Balance workload among analysts. * Supervise strategic projects (volume, specialized teams, or hazardous cargo). * Conduct cost analyses and market studies. * Coordinate submission of procurement costs to the network or clients. * Onboard, analyze, and periodically evaluate suppliers. * Supervise supplier selection together with Finance. * Ensure service quality jointly with Operations. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field. * Advanced English (minimum 90%). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, pricing, or price management. * Experience managing personnel and conducting market analysis (forwarder experience preferred). **Key Competencies:** * Negotiation and analytical skills. * Assertive communication and organizational skills. * Sense of urgency and ability to delegate. * Teamwork and attention to detail. * Emotional intelligence and sound decision-making judgment. **Supervision:** * 5 Pricing Analysts * 1 Cross-border Capacity Manager **What We Offer:** * Integration into a multinational company with high commercial dynamism * Superior benefits * A challenging environment fostering professional growth. * Opportunity to lead strategic projects with global impact.
