Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage parts supply and control, ensuring competitive costs, quality, and delivery times to support productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages parts procurement and supply from suppliers. 2. Maintains optimal inventory levels and oversees warehouse operations. 3. Negotiates discounts, warranties, and returns for parts. **Senior Parts Manager** **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **Objective:** Ensure timely supply, control, and availability of required parts for shop operations, guaranteeing competitive costs, part quality, and delivery times that contribute to productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** · Manage parts procurement and supply from authorized suppliers. · Quote parts requested by appraisers and technicians. · Compare prices, delivery times, and quality. · Maintain optimal inventory levels (maximum and minimum). · Supervise warehouse inbound and outbound activities. · Track pending and urgent orders. · Negotiate discounts, warranties, and returns. · Verify received parts match purchase requests. · Coordinate with shop, appraisal, and administration departments. · Generate consumption, turnover, and cost reports. · Propose alternatives to optimize parts spending. **Requirements:** · Knowledge of mechanical, bodywork, and paint parts. · Proficiency with electronic catalogs and supplier platforms. · Inventory control experience. · Basic Excel and/or ERP system skills. **Experience:** · Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive parts. **Education:** · High school diploma or technical/administrative degree. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Competencies:** · Responsibility · Attention to detail · Teamwork · Integrity · Organization · Ability to work under pressure and proactivity **Offer:** · Salary: $15,000 \- $22,000 · Statutory benefits · Savings fund **Location:** \- Nte. 59 870B, Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco, 02300 Ciudad de México, CDMX (Vallejo) \- C.
