




Job Summary: Responsible for billing, product delivery, cash control, customer service, warehouse management, and point-of-sale administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficient billing and product delivery. 2. Cash control and cash register reconciliation. 3. Direct customer service and support. **Efficient billing and product delivery to Entrepreneurs and Customers** • Verify entrepreneur’s or customer’s information. • Enter entrepreneur’s or customer’s order into the system. • Identify pricing, cost, or system-link errors and report them to the Store Supervisor. • Verify high-denomination banknotes and debit/credit cards against personal identification. • Bill and verify points with the entrepreneur. • Verify and process orders with virtual payments. • Prepare orders according to invoices. • Deliver orders against invoices and bid farewell to customers. • File cash and credit invoices and submit them to the Store Supervisor. **Cash Control** • Review and account for the daily cash float or base currency. • Perform partial cash deposits/withdrawals per policy. • Prepare and submit the daily cash closing report to the immediate supervisor at shift end. • Report change (small denomination currency) requirements to the Supervisor. • Conduct overall cash register reconciliation. • Report cash discrepancies and act per established policies. • Prepare cash deposits for handover to the cash-in-transit company. **Direct Service to Entrepreneurs and Customers** • Implement and comply with established customer service protocol standards. • Provide basic clarification on promotions, points, programs, products, and general business matters; refer entrepreneurs requiring further information to the relevant department. • Report any irregular situation identified in the work area to the Supervisor. • Guide entrepreneurs through registration, activation, order placement, and payments via the Purchase Planner. • Perform updates in the Purchase Planner as required by customers/entrepreneurs: registration activations, password resets, email modifications, profile changes (customer and entrepreneur), and adding entrepreneur codes to the database. **Store Warehouse Management** • Assign location codes to merchandise. • Receive goods, count items, and place them in designated storage areas. • Support proper warehouse and shelf storage practices per company regulations. • Conduct scheduled cyclic and general inventory counts. • Enter inventory reports (automated cyclic counts) into the system. • Prepare and dispatch inter-store transfer products upon Supervisor’s request. • Stay informed about incoming products and their status. • Process product requisitions from all departments. • Control and deliver requisitioned products per Stores Department guidelines. **Sales Management** • Ensure active promotions or programs are implemented on the sales floor. • Promote promotions, programs, and product sales from the cashier area. • Stay updated on new commercial programs. **Point-of-Sale Administration** • Open and close the point of sale. • Maintain general cleanliness and orderliness at the point of sale (shelves, trash, etc.). • Assist in payment processes for municipal licenses and other applicable local fees. • Ensure point-of-sale equipment and systems function properly. • Keep own work area clean and organized. • Inspect terminals for PCI compliance. • Stay informed about national sales performance and that of own point of sale. • Participate in departmental meetings. • Remain vigilant for suspicious activity in the store and immediately notify relevant departments if required. • Inform Supervisor of preventive and corrective maintenance activities required for facilities. • Optimize in-store resources and expenses; prioritize supplier invoices. • Procure operational store supplies as needed, and report P-card expenses—only when under your responsibility. • Submit expense reports for travel card usage, if applicable. • Request internal-use product requisitions as needed.
