Position Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, gym equipment, and swimming pools, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations for swimming pools **GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** Education: Completed technical programs or undergraduate studies (in progress or completed) in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in gyms, sports clubs, hospitality, and restaurants. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, gym equipment, and swimming pools. Carry out maintenance activities strictly according to the maintenance schedule and maintain accurate logbook records for effective control. Procure spare parts, materials, and supplies, selecting the most cost-effective options from current suppliers. Inspect and evaluate facility conditions, reporting repair or improvement needs and proposing optimal solutions where applicable. Guarantee and conduct measurements of established pool parameters, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations for aquatic facility maintenance.
