




We are looking for a Maintenance and Custodial Coordinator **REQUIREMENTS:** Industrial Engineering or related degree Knowledge of boiler and swimming pool maintenance, masonry, electrical and hydraulic installations, plumbing, painting, welding, and general maintenance Gender: Unrestricted Must have managed teams of at least 40 people Age: 45 to 59 years old Verifiable 5-year experience as Maintenance Manager, Coordinator, or Supervisor **WE OFFER:** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 9:00–14:00 hrs** Weekly salary (gross): $5,296.06 Plus 10% punctuality bonus Plus 10% attendance bonus Plus 10% grocery vouchers Plus statutory benefits (and above-standard benefits) **You will receive $6,884.88 weekly** (gross, before taxes) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Review service logs and maintenance work orders. Supervise staff attendance. Supervise supply of materials and tools. Supervise all areas of the club. Supervise proper operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities. Develop preventive and corrective maintenance and cleaning programs. Support supervisors in implementing work standards. Hold meetings with maintenance and cleaning staff. Update service logs daily. Process purchase requisitions. Manage departmental expenses on a monthly or annual basis. Ensure adherence to scheduled work assignments. Prepare annual expense budgets. Collaborate to maintain an optimal working environment at Club de la Colina. Receive maintenance materials and verify they match the requested items. Review inventory records for the maintenance and custodial warehouse. Conduct walkthroughs to explain required tasks. Train maintenance staff on proper work methods. Propose continuous improvement initiatives. Recommend suppliers for special materials procurement. Request and track required materials. Set task priorities in unexpected situations. Analyze cost-benefit proposals for improvements. Monitor contractor projects and provide feedback on areas for project improvement. Schedule staff vacations; schedule staff for holidays and events. Propose equipment and tools to improve and facilitate staff tasks. Allocate resources according to needs. Prepare preliminary payroll for assigned employees.
