Customer-oriented service and excellence VINOPREMIER: A company specializing in the distribution, marketing, and sale of wine, spirits, and gourmet products, seeks to incorporate a Floor Manager into its team of hospitality professionals for its Wine Bar located in the Cuauhtémoc neighborhood. Candidate Requirements: * Completed high school diploma. * Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality and at least 2 years as a Floor Manager. * Experience working in teams. * Customer-oriented and committed to excellence in work. * Sales-oriented. * Professional appearance. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and honest. * Basic knowledge of the wine and cocktail industry is desirable. * Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable. Job Responsibilities: * Attend to customers, suggesting purchases of various menu items. * Advise customers on selection and purchase of wines and spirits. * Serve food and beverages as requested by customers. * Conduct and monitor inventory. * Perform daily cash reconciliations. * Remove excess cash from the register and hand it over to the supervisor. * Supervise other waitstaff schedules. * Product placement in-store. * Maintenance and setup of facilities. * Ensure equipment, materials, and supplies are appropriate for service delivery.
