Location: Tacubaya, Miguel Hidalgo Borough Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Mode: On-site Required Profile * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, certified with professional license** (mandatory requirement) * Experience in cost analysis and inventory control * Proficiency in accounting ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables mandatory) Key Responsibilities * Creation and control of items according to their accounting nature. * Validation of codes for procurement, inventory, billing, and warehouse control. * Coordination with Procurement, Warehouse, and Cost departments to ensure correct assignment of accounting accounts. * Review of warehouse receipts and proper accounting application. * Analysis of operational requirements to ensure appropriate assignment of accounts and items. * Preparation of weekly progress and accounting resolution reports. * Identification and reporting of errors in the item catalog. * Proposal of improvements to reduce response times for code generation. * Development of KPIs to measure accounting errors and operational efficiency. * Compliance with internal and external deadlines for information delivery. Technical Knowledge * Direct, indirect, fixed, and variable costs. * Inventory valuation methods. * Basic tax regulations related to costs and inventory (desirable: Article 69-B of the Federal Tax Code and NIF C-4).
