




We are seeking a Bell Desk / Personal Assistant. Your primary responsibilities include delivering personalized, efficient, and high-quality service to a senior executive—anticipating needs, managing special requests, and coordinating internal and external services. Ensure an exceptional experience through meticulous attention, professional conduct, prompt issue resolution, and comprehensive knowledge of services, vendors, and points of interest. Functions and Responsibilities * Personalized Service Identify specific needs and provide tailored solutions. Offer personalized recommendations and advice. * Request Management Reserve restaurants, events, transportation, hotels, flights, personal services, and experiences. Coordinate courier services, personal shopping, deliveries, and internal logistics. Ensure timely execution and quality delivery for each request. * Coordination with Other Departments Maintain constant communication with reception, security, maintenance, housekeeping, and external vendors. Oversee proper follow-up on all guest/resident service requests. * Information and Advisory Services Provide up-to-date information on tourist attractions, entertainment, culture, gastronomy, and local services. Recommend reliable vendors aligned with organizational standards. * Complaint Handling and Problem Resolution Resolve issues promptly, efficiently, and with a high degree of tact. Escalate incidents appropriately when necessary. * Administrative Control Record all requests, services provided, and vendors used. Prepare daily reports and logs. Manage payments, invoicing, or authorizations, as applicable. * Image and Protocol Maintain an immaculate appearance in accordance with brand standards. Apply corporate protocol, hospitality standards, and professional etiquette. * Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field (preferred). Advanced English proficiency (mandatory). Valid U.S. visa and passport. Flexible schedule and willingness to travel. **Experience** 2 years in concierge, hospitality, hotel operations, premium services, or high-level personalized assistance. Experience handling VIP requests, demanding clients, or C-suite executives. **Knowledge** Premium customer service and luxury hospitality. Local vendors, points of interest, and available services. Corporate protocol and professional etiquette. Reservation systems and CRM platforms (preferred). **Soft Skills** Excellent verbal and written communication. Courtesy, friendliness, warm and professional demeanor. Anticipation of needs. Stress management and multitasking ability. Problem-solving and practical thinking.
