Main Responsibilities Manage orders for vegetables, fruits, groceries, and supplies according to the operational schedule. Coordinate specific orders with assigned suppliers and purchasing points. Perform daily cash register closings and corresponding reconciliations. Execute bank terminal closings and submit information to the totalization team timely and accurately. Maintain oversight of the main cash register and petty cash registers, ensuring accuracy in handling and recording funds. Reconcile receipts and follow up on discrepancies or incidents identified. Administer and monitor tip records. Supervise internal store order, arrangement, and cleanliness. Manage procurement of supplies required for daily operations. Prepare and track administrative minutes, contracts, and labor documentation. Administer vacation requests, employee terminations, final settlements, and payroll incidents.
