Promoting an agile culture beyond development teams **EON is seeking a Scrum Master in Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------- **Senior Scrum Master** Objective: Serve as an agile mentor within the organization, driving digital transformation and sustainable team performance. Requirements: 4 years of experience in the Scrum Master role Experience leading multiple agile teams or in large-scale agile environments. Intermediate conversational English Mandatory: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent). Advanced certifications (A\-CSM, PSM II) are highly valued. Responsibilities: * Scrum process facilitation * Strategic impediment removal * Team coaching and mentoring * Close collaboration with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with overall product strategy and business objectives. * Close collaboration with other Scrum Masters, leaders, and stakeholders to increase Scrum effectiveness and adoption across the organization. * Leading and participating in Scrum planning and adoption initiatives across the company, helping stakeholders and employees understand its benefits. * Acting as a change agent, promoting an agile culture that extends beyond development teams.
