**Job Opening: Maintenance Technician** We are looking for a candidate who can **take control of technical operations**, ensuring that each unit operates efficiently, safely, and continuously. If you have experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance, **this challenge may be right for you**. \- Conduct facility walkthroughs to physically inspect facilities and/or equipment, immediately correcting any faults or deficiencies identified. \- Properly complete maintenance checklists. \- Appropriately and efficiently report opportunities for improvement, incidents, and emergencies to your direct supervisor. \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of services and units, according to defined scope and frequency. \- Inspect work performed by specialized vendors. \- Experience in basic maintenance (painting, masonry, finishing, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, etc). \- Availability to travel between nearby units.
