SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

A prestigious real estate group is seeking your talent as a **Senior Project Architect**. Position Objective * Lead the design, development of drawings for executive projects, and regulatory compliance of projects. Requirements * Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (**Title and Professional License are mandatory**) * Experience: **Minimum 6 years** participating in **residential complexes and horizontal housing projects.** * Demonstrable experience across all project phases: Preliminary Design, Architectural Design, Executive Design, coordination of engineering and structural disciplines. * Demonstrable experience in preparing master plan drawings, urban development and infrastructure drawings, layout drawings, and land subdivision (area tables and indivisible shares). * Development of drawings for permits and licenses (administrative processing). * **Availability to travel** to Toluca one day per week. Software: * **AutoCAD 90%** (proficiency with external references), SketchUp, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office suite Regulations: * Solid knowledge of construction regulations and administrative procedures in the State of Mexico (Urban Development, CFE, OPDAPAS). Key Responsibilities: * Design and generate conceptual, architectural, and executive proposals. * Drafting of technical drawings, presentations, diagrams, bulletins, etc. * Review of executive project documentation against internal regulations. * Monitoring drawing revisions according to on-site changes and recommendations. * Strategic coordination with the Construction Department. * Knowledge of construction regulations and minimum habitable area requirements. * Familiarity with State of Mexico regulations (land use). * Coordination of architectural projects with structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure disciplines. * Tracking information from suppliers and external consultants. * Coordination with the Sales Department (development of sales documentation and handover documentation for residential units). * Drafting of internal regulations for residential developments. * Monthly archiving of activity schedules and progress reports. * Preparation of technical specifications for finishes and accessories.
