Job Summary: We are seeking a content creator with an operational, creative, and technical profile to produce, execute, and solve challenges—generating consistent content and live productions. Opportunity for accelerated professional growth We seek someone who not only creates content but also produces it end-to-end. This role combines daily content creation, podcast production, AI-generated visuals, and professional live streaming (including multicamera setups). It is an operational, creative, and technical profile. * Location: On-site – Mexico City (with occasional travel to external locations) * Includes bonuses for productions outside regular working hours. **Job Objective** To generate consistent content (video \+ image \+ podcast) and execute professional-quality live productions, both in-office and at external locations. **Responsibilities** **Content Production** Create daily content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Record, edit, and produce audiovisual content aligned with current market trends. Produce educational capsules Create multiple versions of content **Podcast Production** Set up podcast studios (cameras, audio, lighting) Record episodes in the office Edit podcast video and audio Generate short clips for social media Ensure professional-quality image and sound **Live Streaming and Production** Execute live streams from various locations Operate multicamera setups Configure and manage tools such as OBS or similar software Coordinate audio, video, and signal in real time Cover live productions such as shows at Mysterium World **Visual Creatives** Design campaign posters Adapt formats (vertical, square, horizontal) Create variations for social media and campaigns Generate visuals using AI (Freepik or other tools) **AI Usage** Generate ideas, scripts, and hooks Create visual assets Optimize production timelines **Primary Tools** ChatGPT Claude or Gemini Freepik CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut or similar OBS or streaming tools **Technical Production** Set up production kits (lights, audio, cameras) Handle audiovisual equipment Resolve technical needs during recording and streaming **Content Scheduling Post-Editing (not community management)** Upload and schedule content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Adapt formats per platform. **We Are Looking For Someone Who:** Can record and edit video (we provide the equipment) Has experience or interest in podcasting (video and audio) Can set up recording studios Has experience or knowledge in multicamera streaming Can use OBS or similar tools Possesses strong visual and creative judgment Uses AI tools for content creation Is solution-oriented and executes quickly **Important Notes** 100% on-site work Includes in-office and external location production High-paced work environment Occasional availability outside regular working hours required (with additional bonus) **This Role Does Not Include** Responding to comments or messages Community management Setting up advertising campaigns **What We Offer** Real-world, high-impact projects (events, shows, education, brands) Participation in live productions Accelerated professional growth Access to production equipment and tools **Selection Process** Submit portfolio or social media profiles Share 3 videos you have produced Provide an example of a podcast or long-form content (if available) Provide an example of a live stream or live production (if available) Short video explaining any topic **Plus Qualifications** Experience in live events Professional audio handling Experience with multicamera setups Educational content production **Role Definition** This position is for a creator who produces, executes, and solves problems.
