Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage multimedia projects, coordinate teams and clients, and ensure effective communication and timely delivery of solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Management of multimedia projects of small to medium complexity. 2. Team collaboration to create effective multimedia solutions. 3. Development of multimedia content and editing skills. Collaborate to identify and create solutions that fulfill the divinely assigned responsibilities of the Church. Foster an environment of trust and unity. Leverage each individual's strengths and ideas to create effective multimedia products. Provide effective and timely communication. * Understands, coordinates, and manages client and resource team expectations * Plans, leads, manages, supervises, controls, and closes small- to medium-complexity projects * Uses standard processes to ensure projects/programs include all and only the work necessary to successfully complete the project * Ensures timely project completion within an allocated budget * Uses standard processes to procure goods and services from suppliers, as well as meet the needs for which the project was undertaken * Provides the critical links among people, ideas, and information required for success. * Identifies, analyzes, and responds to project risk * Multimedia * Supports the production team across all projects and proposals * Produces, records, and edits multimedia content * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 3 years of verifiable project management experience, preferably in audiovisual projects. * Editing skills (photography and video). * Graphic, web, and editorial design skills. * Project management. * Coaching and ability to foster teamwork. * Proactive, with a high level of organization. * Ability to communicate professionally with production companies. * Create and foster client relationships. * Flexible schedule availability. * Advanced intermediate English (C1\)
