This position requires not only technical precision but also the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate team efforts under a culture of continuous improvement. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Finance (Mandatory). * Minimum of **2 verifiable years** of experience in accounting and tax-related functions. * Decisive profile with natural leadership and excellent communication skills. * Thorough mastery of fundamental accounting principles and journal entry techniques. * Up-to-date knowledge of tax regimes, types of legal entities, and tax calculations (ISR, VAT). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Meticulous review of trial balances and financial statements. * In-depth data analysis to support tax-related decision-making. * Management of accounts and direct advisory services regarding clients’ tax obligations. **OFFER:** * Salary range from $14,000.00 to $18,000.00 (Negotiable based on experience) * Continuous technical and human development training. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 hrs.; Friday, 09:00–14:00 hrs. * Real opportunity to advance within the firm’s organizational structure. * Statutory benefits, additional rest days, and breakfast allowance. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree – certified **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Accounting **Skills:** * Responsibility. * Leadership. * Project management. *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69b986393d00003c008b5561&source=indeed
