Achieve compliance with the Culinary Area’s manufacturing programs, ensuring adherence to quality, quantity, and cost standards to prevent deviations and guarantee product safety, as well as compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. What Will Make You Successful: Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering degree * Expert knowledge of TPM methodology * Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, including tools such as: ° SMED ° Line Balancing ° JIT (Just in Time) ° Kaizen ° KANBAN ° 5S * Basic knowledge of Mechanics, Electricity, and Pneumatics. * Leadership skills * Knowledge of materials handling and warehouse management Expert knowledge of SAP system for managing process orders, warehouse transactions, and Kronos. A Day in the Life of... You will be responsible for... Meeting production targets for Quality, Quantity, and Timeliness, safeguarding personnel and facility physical integrity Managing proper SAP system operation (production posting, material consumption and variances, machine hours per production order (BW and R3\), as well as technical and operational stoppage notifications (SAM) Understanding and communicating to all personnel under your supervision the identified hazards and risks within the area to ensure hygiene and safety, preventing incidents or accidents; verifying standardized procedures and safety rules, implementing emergency response procedures, and ensuring environmental preservation while raising awareness among subordinates (ISO 14001 \- OSHAS 18001\). Enforcing and ensuring compliance with GMPs, guaranteeing the production of safe products, verifying continuous in-line controls, and implementing immediate corrective actions in case of deviations to ensure product quality and safety, as well as full compliance with NQMS manufacturing instructions
