**Kostik is seeking a Receptionist – Pet Spa in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Description** We are looking for a **Receptionist** to join a pet spa located in Polanco, CDMX. The person in this position will be responsible for providing friendly and organized customer service, as well as supporting the daily operational coordination of the spa. **Job Objective** Ensure a positive customer experience from arrival onward by managing appointments, customer service, and basic administrative processes that enable smooth service delivery. **What will you do in this role?** * Greet customers in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp. * Manage the schedule and coordinate service appointments. * Receive and hand over pets, ensuring clarity regarding requested services. * Perform cash register closings and reconciliations. * Maintain inventory records. * Support day-to-day operational activities. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in reception or customer service. * Experience handling cash registers and banking terminals. * Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative tools. * Availability to work on weekends. **Skills** * Excellent service attitude. * Organization and attention to detail. * Clear communication and courteous demeanor. * Responsibility and honesty. **What do we offer?** * Base salary of $9,450 MXN + tips + bonuses * (average monthly income of $12,000 to $14,000). * Statutory benefits. * Work location: Polanco, CDMX.
