Requirements: * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (in progress or completed). * At least 1 year of warehouse experience. * Inventory control skills. * Focus on meeting deadlines and productivity goals. Responsibilities: * Accurate order preparation. * Picking and packing orders within specified timeframes. * Identifying and organizing existing inventory. * Following shrinkage control procedures, identifying causes of losses. * Maintaining precise inventory records and detecting discrepancies. * Continuously evaluating and improving loading and storage processes to enhance operational efficiency.
