Tech Lead (Events/Microservices) Requirements: Architecture: * REST Microservices * Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) * API Design (Swagger / OpenAPI) * System Integration Development: * Java (Spring Boot / Spring) * API and microservice development Messaging/Events: * Apache Kafka (basic\-intermediate) Alternatives if you do not know Kafka: * RabbitMQ * IBM MQ * ActiveMQ * Solace * AWS SQS/SNS Protocols: * HTTP / REST * JSON DevOps / Tools: * Git * Maven * Jenkins or similar * SonarQube * Jira Databases: * MongoDB or SQL Methodologies: * Scrum / Kanban Responsibilities: Analysis and design of interoperability solutions based on microservices (REST and events). * Definition of integration patterns between legacy and modern systems. * Creation of technical and functional user stories. * Definition of service contracts (Swagger / OpenAPI). * Architecture design (components, sequence, integration, deployment). * Implementation and supervision of APIs and services. * Design of data flows and transformations between systems. * Definition of technical standards. * Coordination with business, architecture, and development teams. * Technical leadership and team guidance. * Ensuring quality, resilience, and architectural compliance. Location: * Mexico City (Hybrid: attend office twice per week and work remotely three days).
