Evaluates processes and policy compliance with a risk-based focus A unique company in the banking security sector is seeking an ***Internal Auditor*** with the following professional profile: **Position Objective:** Conduct internal financial, operational, and compliance audits to evaluate and strengthen internal controls, mitigate risks, promote operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance for various external audits—particularly those conducted by the CNBV. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute risk-based internal audits. * Evaluate processes, internal controls, and policy compliance. * Identify risks and propose improvements. * Prepare audit finding reports and follow up on corrective actions. * Support continuous improvement and fraud prevention. * Respond to audit requirements from the CNBV. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or internal control. * Knowledge of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, tax regulations, and regulatory requirements. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and audit tools. * CIA, CISA certification, or familiarity with COSO/ISO 27001 is desirable. **Key Competencies:** * Critical and analytical thinking * Professional ethics and integrity * Effective communication * Results orientation * Ability to work independently and under pressure * Confidentiality and proactive mindset **Are you interested in joining a team committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence?** Apply through this channel with your CV attached, and we will contact you.
