Job Summary: We are seeking a fabric handling specialist for receiving, quality control, storage, picking, and inventory management in the textile industry, requiring organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. Valued skills: organization, attention to detail, and teamwork Main Responsibilities: * **Receiving:** unload and verify fabric and supply shipments against invoices. * **Quality Control:** inspect fabrics for stains or defects. * **Storage:** classify rolls by textile type, color, and batch. * **Picking:** prepare orders for the production area (fabric preparation and picking). * **Inventory:** conduct cycle counts and record movements in the system. Technical Skills * **Fabric Handling:** knowledge of textile care and folding techniques. * **Inventory Systems:** intermediate Excel proficiency. * **Material Handling Equipment:** forklift operation. * **Measuring Tools:** precise use of textile scales and measuring tapes. * **Experience:** in the textile industry (uniform manufacturing). Soft Skills * **Organization:** maintain strict order. * **Physical Condition:** ability to lift heavy rolls and stand for extended periods. * **Attention to Detail:** identify subtle variations in color or texture. * **Teamwork:** constant coordination with production and procurement teams. Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
