We are seeking a field maintenance technician to provide customer support. We are looking to hire a Service Technician with a strong focus on customer service and fieldwork. This position is intended for dynamic, solution-oriented individuals with a positive commercial attitude who enjoy direct interaction with customers and are capable of conducting on-site visits, performing basic inspections, and providing light technical support. We do not seek a highly specialized industrial maintenance profile, but rather a practical, organized individual with skills to deliver an excellent service experience. Key Responsibilities * Customer support and assistance both on-site and at customer locations. * Conducting basic inspections and maintenance tasks. * Using hand tools for simple adjustments and light technical support tasks. * Tracking and resolving basic incidents. * Commercial management and customer engagement during visits. * Representing the company in a professional and approachable manner. * Planning daily routes and travel schedules. Requirements * Experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles. * Proactive personality with strong communication skills. * Basic knowledge of hand tools and simple maintenance procedures. * Valid driver's license (highly important). * Experience working outdoors and commuting daily. * Practical ability to resolve incidents. * Prior experience in assistance services, light maintenance, technical delivery, or after-sales support is desirable. * Experience driving 3.5-ton vans or similar vehicles.
