




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to prospect, promote, and sell metal structure fabrication services, manage the customer portfolio, and close contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Commercial strategy development and goal achievement **JOB OBJECTIVE** To place GEFSA’s metal structure fabrication services with new customers, as well as follow up with the current customer portfolio to generate revenue and close contracts. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Digital and field-based prospecting of new customers * Promotion of metal structure fabrication services * Customer and construction site visits to identify opportunities * Tender search and follow-up * Sales data analysis and budget preparation * Commercial strategy development and goal achievement * Sales and after-sales follow-up * Customer information control and recordkeeping (quotations, contacts, history) * Use of platforms such as COMPRANET and microsites like CFE * Preparation of sales reports **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree (certified) * Experience in: * Metal-mechanical industry * Steel structure sales * Customer prospecting and market development * Tender knowledge (desirable) * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Willingness to work in the field **WE OFFER** * Weekly salary * Sales commissions * Statutory benefits * Professional growth opportunity * Collaborative work environment Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $2,321\.74 per week Work location: On-site employment
