Job Summary: Recruitment Analyst responsible for end-to-end recruitment for operational, mid-level, and managerial positions. Key Highlights: 1. Designing and writing attractive and clear job postings 2. Managing and operating recruitment CRM systems 3. Recruiting candidates at various levels: operational, mid-level, and managerial MOBAX Group, distributor of BRP (CAN-AM and SEA DOO) brands, with 18 years of experience in the off-road vehicle market, is seeking, due to expansion: RECRUITMENT ANALYST WE OFFER: Base salary: $12,500.00 gross per month. STATUTORY BENEFITS (13th-month bonus, IMSS, INFONAVIT, profit-sharing, vacation days, and vacation premium) Excellent work environment. REQUIREMENTS: Age: 25 to 35 years old (Living no more than 1 hour away from the workplace) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent planning, organization, and project execution skills. Teamwork orientation. Prior recruitment experience (preferably within the automotive industry). Strong communication skills. Ability to meet recruitment targets. Negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and psychometric tests. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruiting for operational, mid-level, and managerial positions Designing and writing attractive and clear job postings that accurately reflect position requirements and benefits Posting vacancies on various job portals (CompuTrabajo, social media, Indeed) Managing and operating recruitment CRM systems Using Excel for recruitment metrics WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Remote work on Saturdays) One-hour lunch break.
