This role is essential to delivering a FAST AND HIGH-QUALITY experience to our customers through fresh, well-presented dishes aligned with our Mexican identity. WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, AND FRIDAY: 4 PM TO 10 PM SATURDAY AND SUNDAY: 10 AM TO 8 PM **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook dishes according to the established menu, ensuring quality and presentation for each plate. * Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all work areas. * Monitor ingredient freshness and availability, placing orders as needed. * Collaborate with the team. * Ensure consistency in dish preparation and presentation times. * Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours. **Requirements:** * Prior kitchen experience (minimum 1 year). * Knowledge of cooking and food handling. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset. * Availability for flexible schedules.
