Required Profile: * More than 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager * Solid background in labor relations and employee support * Experience in recruitment and talent selection * Knowledge of HR processes * Focus on organizational development and workplace climate * Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across various departments * Leadership, organizational, and follow-up skills * Professional appearance and effective communication We seek someone who not only executes tasks but also contributes ideas, improves processes, and strengthens organizational culture.
