Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 6 years of prior experience with TM1\. * Finance knowledge/experience. * Demonstrated ability to interpret system challenges and identify anomalies and trends. * Willingness to get involved in detailed issues without losing sight of the bigger picture/trends requiring longer\-term action. * Leadership/ability to coach and develop colleagues, both those in the same team and others across the broader organization. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively cross\-functionally, verbally, and in writing. * Strong written and verbal English. * Project and timeline management. * Working with other countries across boundaries remotely. * Ability to operate autonomously and proactively, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast\-paced, results\-oriented environment and with a remote team.
