Maintaining constant communication with various internal departments A 100% Mexican company committed to quality in offset and digital printing requires a Quoter to assess the feasibility of the printing projects undertaken by the company, taking into account the production processes involved as well as selling prices, ensuring profitability. We seek a candidate meeting the following **Requirements:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cost Analyst/Quoter in the graphic arts industry, specifically in offset printing and finishing processes. * Technical knowledge for costing materials (paper, inks, rolls, etc.) * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Minimum 1 year handling and managing quotation requests from the sales department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and project profitability by costing all relevant processes. * Maintain constant communication with departments such as Production, Planning, Prepress, and Purchasing to prepare quotations. * Register and track requested quotations and maintain close communication with involved departments to implement necessary adjustments when the sales department provides updated job information. fifty-five / seventy-nine / forty-seven / twenty-six / ninety-nine Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
