Enhance the employee experience and reduce turnover. ✨ **JOIN TRANSPORTES LiPU!** ✨ **Integrated Employee Support Analyst** **We Offer:** ✅ Base salary of **$16,000 monthly** ✅ Statutory benefits ✅ Savings fund ✅ Grocery vouchers ✅ Corporate transportation ✅ Job stability and professional growth **What Will Be Your Mission?** Ensure operator retention, stability, and well-being by comprehensively monitoring their operational, emotional, and work-related needs, acting as a liaison between Operations, Maintenance, and Human Capital to strengthen the employee experience and reduce turnover. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide comprehensive follow-up on employees’ operational and work-related needs * Address issues related to work tools, working hours, breaks, and operational conflicts * Identify risk factors associated with turnover, absenteeism, or demotivation * Provide support and follow-up for new hires and critical cases * Implement emotional well-being initiatives and psychosocial risk prevention measures * Generate turnover, retention, and absenteeism indicators * Promote a culture of closeness, active listening, and support **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, or related field * Experience supporting operational and administrative staff, workplace climate, or retention initiatives * Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills * Experience managing indicators and tracking operational personnel **Desirable Certifications** Psychological First Aid NOM\-035 Crisis Management If you meet the profile, apply through this channel or send your CV to **5544228914** Work Location: Naucalpan de Juárez, Alce Blanco.
