Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Community Manager with background in fashion or high-end brands to develop digital strategies and manage social media content. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop content and branding strategies for social media. 2. Manage the online community and create creative content. 3. Work on brand positioning and advertising campaigns. **PROCABLES DE MEXICO, A LEADING COMPANY IN ELECTRICAL MATERIALS, IS SEEKING:** **Community Manager** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Community Manager. * Desired experience with fashion, beauty, jewelry, cosmetics, or high-end brands. * Strong knowledge of branding, storytelling, and digital strategy. * Familiarity with Meta Ads, WordPress, and basic SEO and SEM concepts. **Responsibilities:** * Creation of a monthly content calendar and generation of content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. * Development of content strategy, planning and scheduling of posts, reels, and stories. * Creation, configuration, and monitoring of campaigns in Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads. * Community management: monitoring and responding to comments and messages with professional attention. * Preparation of weekly performance and metrics reports per social network, as well as advertising campaigns. * Creative proposals to increase community size, engagement, and brand positioning. * Updating website content (WordPress). * Sending email campaigns via platform (Mailchimp or similar), including segmentation and tracking. * Coordination with internal departments to ensure consistency in communication and visual aesthetics. **We Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $15,000 net * Weekly payments * Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (every third Saturday off). * Fixed Sunday rest day. **WORK LOCATION:** * Centro neighborhood, CDMX; nearby metro stations: Juarez, Bellas Artes, San Juan de Letran **ARE YOU INTERESTED?** **Please share the following information to schedule an interview at our branch:** * **Full Name** * **Age** * **Education Level** * **Location** * **Phone Number** * **Work Experience** Salary: $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
