Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accountant to lead and supervise accounting, financial, and tax operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Process improvement and automation opportunities **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Experience: 5 years in a similar role within finance, accounting, and tax areas. * Knowledge of accounting management and supervision in general accounting. * Administration of 2 legal entities. **Knowledge:** * Advanced Office suite / SAP or similar system proficiency * Mandatory knowledge of current Mexican accounting standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and submit consolidated and entity-level financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual). * Supervise accounting entries and bank reconciliations. * Maintain accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings, preparing financial statements and reports for senior management. * Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and control. * Manage departmental budget and analyze variances. * Supervise compliance with local and international regulations and manage accounting risks. **Specific Competencies:** * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * Strategic: Planning, organization, business vision. * Analytical: Numerical reasoning, financial statement interpretation. * Interpersonal: Leadership, effective communication, teamwork. * Personal: Ethics, confidentiality, accountability, and proactivity.
