Protagonist of your own development As an Accounting Analyst, you will be the professional responsible for executing the accounting department’s operations and planning accounting operations at Localiza México, ensuring proper application of accounting standards (IFRS, IFRSs) and tax regulations, as well as financial analysis, report preparation, account reconciliation, supporting documentation, tax filings, statutory obligations, local regulatory requirements, and external audits. **Responsibilities:** * Recording accounting and financial entries upon completion of corresponding posting * Preparing and reconciling bank reconciliations * Supporting the definition of the Financial Services budget and monitoring investments * Performing integration, reconciliation, and cleansing of assigned balance sheet accounts * Conducting account integration * Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies through active participation in training sessions and reporting potential deviations * Safeguarding the confidentiality of information handled within your area of responsibility, in accordance with Localiza’s Code of Ethics and Book of Values * Achieving targets established in the current Management Contract by executing actions outlined in the target plan **Minimum Requirements** * University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Administration, Economics, or related fields * Over 3 years of experience in accounting * Experience with "Big Four" firms (preferred) * Excellent knowledge and skills in financial analysis * Experience supporting external audits * Proficiency with accounting systems, integrated systems, databases, and similar tools * Attention to detail * Ability to handle large volumes of data * Availability to work in Santa Fe **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Grocery vouchers * Annual bonus * Hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day remote) * Flexible working hours * Wellness package * Opportunity to be the protagonist of your own development in an environment rich in opportunities, learning, and growth * An excellent work climate, equipped with everything needed for an outstanding experience Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $25,000.00 MXN per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * General accounting: 1 year (mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
