Job Summary: We are seeking a healthcare professional expert in warehouse management to evaluate, design, implement, and standardize pharmacy and warehouse operational processes across MAC hospital units. MAC Hospitals is looking for a healthcare professional expert in warehouse management—join our team! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry-Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields. * Expert-level proficiency in SAP, TASY, EXCEL, POWER POINT, and POWER BI software. * Experience in hospital pharmacy and/or health supplies warehouses. * Intermediate English. * SICAD expertise. **GENERAL OBJECTIVE:** To evaluate, design, implement, and standardize pharmacy and health supplies warehouse operational processes across MAC hospital units, ensuring efficiency, traceability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through practice standardization, staff training, and performance indicator monitoring. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze and document current pharmacy and warehouse processes in hospitals during standardization deployments. * Design and standardize operational processes (receiving, storage, dispensing, inventory control, returns, write-offs, and traceability). * Implement standardized processes aligned with health regulations and best practices. * Ensure proper adoption of defined processes across hospital units. * Develop training materials (manuals, instructions, flowcharts). * Train pharmacy and warehouse staff on standardized processes. * Provide operational support during process implementation and go-live phases. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and process adherence. * Define and calculate key performance indicators (KPIs). * Prepare periodic performance and implementation progress reports. * Analyze deviations and identify improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (health, storage, medication handling). * Evaluate, design, implement, and standardize pharmacy operational processes. * Support internal and external audits related to pharmacy and warehouses. * Verify correct application of operational and administrative controls. * Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Update standard operating procedures and health supplies warehouse procedures across MAC hospital units, ensuring efficiency, traceability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through practice standardization, staff training, and performance indicator monitoring.
