Job Summary Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for lifting systems. The incumbent ensures equipment operational continuity through strict administrative control, managing service reports, regulatory compliance, and specialized technical support. 2\. Technical (Operational) Responsibilities * **Field Supervision:** Coordinate technician crews to ensure repairs and maintenance meet safety standards. * **Fault Diagnosis:** Identify complex issues in electromechanical systems, electronic circuit boards, and frequency inverters. * **Quality Control:** Conduct post\-service technical audits to guarantee optimal elevator performance and user safety. * **Spare Parts Management:** Assess the need for specific components and validate their correct installation. 3\. Administrative Responsibilities * **Technical Report Preparation:** Draft detailed service reports, incident diagnostics, and workforce status updates for management or clients. * **Logbook Management:** Maintain up-to-date maintenance records for each unit, ensuring compliance with **NOM\-053\-SCFI** (or applicable local regulations). * **Supply Management:** Prepare material requisitions and track purchase orders in Excel. * **Customer Support:** Serve as a technical\-commercial liaison to explain major repairs, quotations, and delivery timelines. * **Service KPIs:** Monitor performance metrics such as Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and frequency of failure-related calls. 4\. Candidate Profile * **Education:** Incomplete Engineering or Technical Degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in the elevator industry (multi-brand preferred: Otis, Kone, Schindler, Thyssenkrupp, etc.). * **Digital Skills:** \* Proficiency in **Intermediate Excel** (PivotTables, tracking formulas, service databases). * Use of mobile applications for real-time service reporting. * Clear and professional writing for emails and work minutes. 5\. Soft Skills Competencies * **Leadership:** Ability to lead technical staff under pressure. * **Sense of Urgency:** Efficient handling of elevator rescues and critical failures. * **Professional Ethics:** Honesty in diagnostics and handling of high-cost materials.
