Skills: Strong verbal communication, negotiation, persuasion, and results-oriented focus. **YOUR MISSION ON THE TEAM (RESPONSIBILITIES)** Approach and prospect new customers both in-person and via digital channels (lead management). Deliver premium service through consultative interviews and CRM-based follow-up. Conduct dynamic vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Effectively close sales and advise on financing plans.
