




At **Elegant Catering**, we are seeking a **Regional Submanager** with proven experience in executive, industrial, and/or school dining facilities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and optimizing operations across multiple sites within their region, ensuring compliance with quality standards, health regulations, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have **knowledge of the H Distinction, NOM-251, and NOM-605**, as well as experience leading teams and managing food handling and cafeteria service processes. **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience in **coordinating or supervising executive, school, or industrial dining facilities**. * Knowledge and experience with **the H Distinction, NOM-251, and NOM-605**. * **Ability** to supervise large teams and manage multiple sites simultaneously. * Completed high school diploma (**preferably** a bachelor’s degree or technical program in food and beverage or related field). * **Analytical capacity** to control costs, inventory, and operational efficiency. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Puebla, León, Guadalajara, Mexico City and State of Mexico). * Proficiency in Excel and operational or administrative control systems. **Responsibilities** * Supervise operations at our executive and school dining facilities. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards according to the **H Distinction, HACCP, NOM-251, and NOM-605**. * Coordinate and support cafeteria managers, chefs, and operational staff. * **Monitor** inventory, procurement, and supplies at each site, ensuring efficiency and cost control. * Conduct **internal audits** and follow up on improvement plans for processes, hygiene, and service. * **Implement** performance indicators for operations and report results to management. * **Train and supervise** operational staff on procedures, hygiene standards, and customer service. * **Resolve operational, logistical, or personnel incidents** at sites under supervision. * **Coordinate** with logistics, procurement, and human resources departments to ensure optimal cafeteria operations. **We Offer** * Net salary between $17k and $20k, commensurate with experience. * Travel allowances, accommodation, and meals provided during business trips. * Monday to Friday operations / Saturdays in offices. * Working hours: 09:00 to 19:00. * No-cost work tools. * Statutory benefits. * Growth opportunity within the company (this position is designed to evolve into a Manager role within the medium term, with enhanced benefits).
